Self-Fulfilling Prophecies

Their is no justification for the usurpation of the 2nd Amendment. No amount of school shootings or police officer killings can justify stealing the rights of 314 million people. Do you realize that the amount of murders by firearms annually represents 0.0035% [35 ten-thousandths] of the population? When judged against the scope and importance of the 2nd Amendment, the numbers bear no significance. And this is why firearm legislation is only ever addressed after some tragedy. Socialists know it is the only way to maintain the illusion of justification.

The 2nd Amendment is clear and unequivocally states that the government shall not infringe the right to own and carry firearms. Foolishly, the Court upheld the first attack on this right and has yet to right this wrong The truth cannot be whitewashed by the Court - the 2nd Amendment does not say the government shall not interfere except in cases where it involves commerce.

As mentioned in his State of the Union address, the President intends to act, as one man against a nation of 314 million. One man will, in his wisdom, continue to strip the rights of an entire nation. The 2nd Amendment is the key to securing all other liberties. The erosion of this right must not only be halted, but the right must be fully restored. The time has come for the People to fulfill the prophecy - of the DHS of being a bunch of pissed off and dangerous citizens - and to demand the immediate full-restoration of the 2nd Amendment. If our demands fall on deaf ears, then we must be willing to answer the call-to-arms and to take back our right. This does not mean we need a armed revolution, but it may mean we need an armed confrontation. After all, the government has no right to interfere with carrying firearms, in any place, time, or manner.

Open Letter to Congress

To my brethren in Congress,

It is time for Congress act upon the People's abhorrence of this diabolical socialist administration which is determined to enslave America in chains forged of tyranny and debt. It is essential to the freedom and security of a free people, that no laws be imposed upon them but by their own consent and their Representatives prove to uphold the public trust. For what liberty have we in that which the government may, by right, take what they please for themselves? The unalienable right of freemen was secured when we expended millions and sacrificed the lives of hundreds of thousands. And yet, to the astonishment of the world, and the grief of Americans, the Government of the United States, the great victor of the cold war against communism, assumed the position as champion of Marx, mi posing socialism on the American people; and insisting on it as a necessary badge of federal supremacy, passed a bill, in the 233rd year of American liberty, imposing a socialist welfare program in such magnitude and scope as to ensure the fiscal death of the nation and the purposeful destruction of capitalism, the mainstay of economic liberty.

This bill, after being unilaterally forced through the Congress, obtained the Presidential assent And thus they who, from time immemorial, have exercised the right of giving to, or withholding from the government, their aids and subsidies, according to their own free will and pleasure, signified by their representatives in Congress, do, by the Act in question, deny us, their brethren, the enjoyment of our unalienable rights. As this denial ,and the execution of that Act, involves our slavery, and would sap the foundation of our freedom, whereby we should become slaves to our brethren and fellow citizens, born to no greater stock of freedom. Accordingly, to increase the temptation to our brethren to submit to socialism, the President repeatedly and unilaterally adjusted the law in violation of the Constitution he is sworn to uphold. Still determined on the scheme to enslave us in socialism, Congress has refused to impeach the President for these usurpation's. The government has decided to make a trial of our virtue. They hope that allied with time, they will succeed in wearing down our opposition, we shall have no property that we can call our own, and then we may bid adieu to American liberty.

Therefore, to prevent the devastation. of locking our own shackles and enslaving ourselves in the contaminants of socialism - we, the People, for our high regard of 1iberty, and unassisted by you, our elected representatives, recognize the failure of our systems checks and balances to quell this pernicious plot. To ensure we transmit to our posterity those blessings of freedom which our ancestors have handed down to us; and to contribute to the support of the common liberties of America, which are currently being subverted, do, for.. those important purposes, we are actively preparing to take up arms, under the name and style of our patriot Founding Fathers, and engage our honor, to and with each other, faithfully to perform whatever duties necessary to create a lasting change in the operation of the People's government.

The men we elect must be of the highest moral character and readily put the People and the Nation above ideology and personal desire for re-election. As a whole, the current Congress has been judged and found lacking. Congress must actively seek to restore the rightful power of the States within this republic. Congress must abolish the income tax for a better system. Congress must bring to just the IRS, NSA, and DOJ and restore privacy to Americans.

Lastly, Congress must accept the truth that the cornerstone of this nation was the firearms that our forefathers carried and the Constitution, free of legal manipulation, forbids the federal government to create any laws regarding firearms. If Congress does not fix this nation after the election of 2014, I for one am willing to take up arms with my fellow citizens to restore this country to the correct the wrongful course which men of politics have put her upon.

The Inevitability of another American Revolution

When humans recognize a severe threat which is potentially damaging - emotionally or physically - they will take one of two courses of action. The first option is to focus on controlling danger by developing solutions to threats through preparedness or protection. The second option is to focus on denial, rationalization, and escapism without any orientation toward developing solutions. In other words, we control danger or we control our fear.

If we recall the writings of Locke, we undersand that the foundation of America was so that the people of the colonies may form a new society to because preservation of life and property are not enough reason for man to leave his natural state. Men must have liberty above all. Those that seek only to control fear will cherish governmen above all else. They are socialists. All governments with career politicians feed on the socialists because fear unites them and any policy which helps them escape their fears is for them rational. Their minds are child-like when it comes to corrupting it through media and repetition. Government is the nanny that is always there to sooth their fears with a new policy.

People that seek only true soluions to danger are much less united as problems often present many solutions. Their strength of character is political weakness. As issues wedge between them, the sand of lost liberty fills in the divide. Therefore, every democracy will eventually lead to another revolution as it is the only way to refresh liberty once lost.  Legislation will not turn back years of bad court decisions and corruption.  Only the blood of the tyrants will do.

Christians and Muslims: A Millenium of Evil Exchanges

I am a Christian that tries to avoid religiocentric and ethnocentric thinking. I was reading a wonderful old book and came across some information that appears to be wrong in Wikipedia and definitely never learned correctly by myself.

During the middle ages, a young cook was told his Christian master wanted fresh pork for dinner. Having none and knowing not where to find a pig; the cook, fearing he would lose his head, had a prisoner killed and fed the flesh to his master.

Praising the dinner, but mistrusting the taste, the master asked for the head of the pig to be brought to the table. The cook, sure of his fate, brought the head to the table. Surprisingly, the cook’s master laughed replying “We will not want for pork as long as we have sixty thousand prisoners.” The master was a man history would come to love as a defender of Christianity - a man with a heart of a lion. The man was King Richard.

Only days later, the commander of the enemy army sent ambassadors beseeching his prisoners not be put to death. The ambassadors were beheaded and added to the banquet table decorations. After ransom talks had stalled the prisoners were executed just outside the east gate of the city. This massacre at Ayyadieh was done in front of the army and Sultan of Egypt - the Saracen named Saladin.

The hero of the Third Crusade executed 60,000 citizens of the city of Acre - men, women, and children.  Saladin was not without guilt having also executed prisoners one of the earliest exchanges of evil between Christianity and Islam.  Christians and Muslims have known that for nearly a thousand years the religious war to end all wars has been brewing.  Many Muslims belief they are called to convert or kill all infidels.

I hope Muslims will remember the massacre of Ayyadieh.  While they may want to convert or kill infidels, Christians may not actively engage in terrorism as a tool of our religion, but we do embrace fully the concept of war and wiping our enemies from the face of the planet.  Hopefully, we can have an accord someday.  Muslims will stop terror attacks and Christians will not be forced to destroy Islam.  All it will take is one dirty nuclear bomb being set off in a Christian city and the whole of Middle East will be reduced to a series of Christian ruled colonies.

Iran may think itself clever in getting help building nuclear reactors for power, but Israel, and the Christian world, will never allow it to develop nuclear weapons.  The west learned with North Korea, that once it happens, politics and power change too much.   Frankly, Israel cannot afford this mistake because Islam is hell bent on its destruction.

2nd Amendment proposals from the State Conventions

While Congress was debating proposed amendments to present as the Bill of Rights for ratification by the several State conventions, the States were also busy having called their conventions and debating proposed amendments.

New Hampshire, June 21, 1788
"Congress shall never disarm ay Citizen unless such as are or have been in Actual Rebellion"

- State Ratifications, RG 11, DNA.

Pennsylvania Minority, December 12, 1787
"That the people have a right to bear arms for the defense of themselves and their own state, or the United States, or for the purpose of killing game; and no law shall e passed for disarming the people or any of them, unless for crimes committed, or real danger of public injury from individuals..."

- Pennsylvania Packet, December 18, 1787

Matt Merkovich - Another Hollywood Communist ?

So I chimed in on a tweet by Matthew Merkovich the other day where this piece of Hollywood trash where he and his twitter friends where posting and agreeing on a meme "if you can't define socialism, you don't get to bitch about it."  I of course, hating all things socialist, simply wrote "Socialism may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private wealth."  To which Mr. Hollywood responded with "Ah perfect. F-. You are excused from the conversation."  Now normally I would just laugh at his stupidity, rigidity, and overall ignorance, but I decided to go all Taylor Swift on him here.  So let us review what we know.

We know that socialism is the antithesis of individualism.  Individualism seeks the personal liberty, freedom, and happiness of individuals to which the ends will be in the good of the public welfare.  It requires the acceptance of the ideas like hard work, the importance of family, and the notion of exceptionalism.  Socialism regards the whole of society as one inseparable organic structure that will secure for everyone a common level of well-being on an economic, social, and political stage.  Socialism requires a system of social control over private property and a distribution of income to put it into practice.  Contrary to popular belief, socialism does not necessitate the abolition of private property so long as property, like income, it distributed in a "moral" way.  Socialism then can be summed up as a federation or community ownership and control, of the common means and instruments of creating and distributing wealth.

This is just the most basic of basic ideas behind the idea of the social society which has been around for many hundreds of years long and did not start with Marx as many would believe.  Social societies are based upon religious communes and have only ever had a moderate success when based in a religious morality, but I regress.  Back to tweeting and the 140 characters of death.  I will say again.

Socialism may be summed up in a single sentence:  Abolition of private wealth.

Another Democrat Disconnected from Reality

Congressional Record December 5th 2013:

Ms. FUDGE. Madam Speaker, prior to the passage of the Affordable Care Act, 23 percent of Ohioans with incomes below 133 percent of the Federal poverty level were uninsured. But thanks to the expansion of Medicaid in my home State of Ohio, all of the almost 600,000 residents who are uninsured with incomes below 138 percent of the Federal poverty level will now have access to Medicaid coverage.  In my district alone, an additional 72,000 people became eligible for Medicaid. And next Monday, December 9, all of these individuals will be able to begin signing up for health care coverage that begins January 1. No longer will I receive calls from constituents like Brandon Proctor, who was told that he was ‘‘too rich for Medicaid but too poor for subsidies.’’  This is the way the Affordable Care Act was supposed to work. Finally, all Ohioans will have access

Yes, this is my representative to Congress.  This is the woman that is more thankful to not be receiving phone calls than the long-term implications of the Affordable Care Act.  The one where Mr. Obama is currently being forced to use Hollywood and himself to go on a campaign of pleading and begging millennials to embrace and pay for this policy.  She is disconnected from the reality of the economic implications of this law let alone the truth that the commerce clause was once again used to override the bill of rights by the Court.  The ACA is the American horror story.  Perhaps a convincing argument can change her mind.

I would remind the Congresswoman that at Cleveland State University in February 2008.  Mr. Obama slammed Mrs. Clinton for her health care plan because of the fact that it required a mandate.  Mr. Obama knew full well that a mandate will cause a situation where "people are being fined for not having purchased health care, but choose to accept the fine because they still can't afford it, even with the subsidies. And they are then worse off.  They then have no health care and are paying a fine above and beyond that."  Mr. Obama campaigned on a no-mandate health care reform and then just like all his other lies abandoned that and allowed a committee to write legislation and used his party to push it through Congress.  This is not creating American exceptionalism, but American socialism.

One last word from Mr. Obama on the subject.

"And the last point I would like to make is the insurance companies actually are happy to have a mandate.  The insurance companies don't mind making sure everybody has to purchase their product.
That's not something they're objecting to".

And yes, Congressman he said this at Cleveland State University which ironically is in the 11th District represented by one Marcia L. Fudge, Democrat.

Touching the face of God with the help of Peggy and Ron

Oh so many reasons.  My admiration for Ronald Reagan has many folds.

Using his angry grandfather voice telling Gorby, "Tear Down This Wall!".  While he is standing at
the greatest icon of all that is wrong with communism.  Moxie by Morals. Spiritual Conviction.   He knew what was right and what was wrong.

The air traffic controllers and their union.  Yes, it is nice you want to strike, but that holds up an
entire nation from getting work done.  So get your asses back to work and negotiate while you work
or don't let the door hit your ass.  They called his bluff and without hesitation and true to his word that door hit their asses.  I don't know if his decision was right, but he was true to his word.

What I remember the most is the space shuttle Challenger disaster.  I was 13 years old at school.  This was still when the program was young and captured the fascination of youth.  Every launch
was played live in our school library and the students where all brought down to watch.  A few
of our teachers where in the contest to be the first teacher in space so we were all very active in following NASA.

And that night, still numb from what I had witnessed and not having answers to what happened,
President Reagan takes over the television.  To me he was like the grandfather I never had, as mine passed away years before.  And he made my world right with simply saying, "We will never forget them, nor the last time we saw them, this morning, as they prepared for the journey and waved goodbye and 'slipped the surly bonds of earth' to 'touch the face of God.'"

I had never heard such perfect words to my ears.  He was the first wordsmith in my life.  He was
A Christmas Story come to life.  Such beauty.  I would only find out later that his words came from
John Magee, an American flying in World War II with the RCAF.

"High Flight"

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
of sun-split clouds, — and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of — wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov’ring there,
I’ve chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air....

Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue
I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace.
Where never lark, or even eagle flew —
And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
- Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Peggy Noonan was one of if not Reagan's main speech writers.  She also wrote for George Bush.  She is the wordsmith that made a young boy feel better that night.  They say there is a women behind every great man.  President Reagan had the benefit of two great women his wife Nancy and his speechwriter Peggy.  Take the time to read Peggy Noonan's books.  Her writings are amazing.

Conspiracy Abounds

I have come to the conclusion that America is governed by one long conspiracy since 2008. Secrecy on the part of the government and misinformation to the people being conspired against. The government hides its infraction of the laws and the willing blindness of the people make it possible. If you look back over the past five years of legislative and executive history and set aside media interpretation of events, the picture is crystal clear.

Now and then a member of Congress awakens from public pressure to the vague sense of the dangers that threaten us and ventures to hold a hearing or introduce a resolution calling upon the President for information, but the vigilance is brought down by and immediate disinformation campaign on five networks and universally across social media where the member is labeled a rogue, racist, or extremist. Every member who has no let himself be beat down into an uncomplaining wilting mold of John McCain is denounce Salem-style hour by hour every day every network with party talking points. The Bully pulpit beat down with the modern twist of a multi-media powered baseball bat to silence dissent from the unconstitutional deeds of the conspirators. Anyone speaking of the administration must do so with unreasoned praise or risk direct attack sometimes even directed at them by the President himself.

To a person of common sense there is no proof needed because it has unfolded week after week, year after year that the Obama presidency is has a case of malignant secrecy requiring health care insurance and it has determined it should cover up its acts and has laid a deep conspiracy to cover up its lies and and laws against Liberty. And we knows of the Department of Homeland Security through its own documents that all who are not for socialism, must be restrained of their liberty. That is a conspiracy.  All who demand that constitutional law be respected are labeled as "ethno-national separatists". No tyrant wants his deeds discussed or his designs to come to light. These are fatal to tyrants. Slowly but surely through the hard work of journalists the evidence pile has become overwhelming and the conspiracy picture is more clear. His assumptions of executive power are only made more ridiculous due to his claims of being a constitutional scholar.

The laws, instead of being administered, are suspended by a wave of the magical executive power wand. Enforcing immigration law is not important to the administration, so they refuse to enforce it. That is conspiracy. By a Senate rule change, the liberty of every person will soon be in the hands of socialist judges all across the nation. That is conspiracy.

In the 2014 elections· the people must loudly and emphatically state that these things must cease. They will no longer be governed by conspiracy, but by laws and will no longer permit constitutional liberties to be put down by Congress, President, or Court.

Harry Reid and the Chamber of Secrets

It would be better for the Senate to sit for an entire month every session than to pass the Cloture Rule.
So a horrible thought that the gentlemen must sit and patiently wait.  Instead of being slightly inconvenienced, as happens in a Republic, the Democrats choose to shut down the discussion of important subjects and pen other channels for their discussion.  This is precisely why today the Senate changed the cloture rule and simultaneously a gaggle of liberal reports left a meeting at the White House undoubtedly with stacks of talking points to sell this move to the public and then refocus them on immigration and off of Obamacare. This move is nothing but the beginning of the Democratic Party attempting to salvage the 2014 election via a legislature version of slight of hand.
The Senate also today approved the appointment of Patricia Ann Millett to the United States Circuit  for the District of Columbia.  Millett is the atypical progressive and has argued against proof of citizenship and picture identification for election voting.

Ghosts of Okinawa

My thoughts are haunted when I think of 416,800 American servicemen dead from fighting for freedom for the entire world from 1941 to 1945.  They were wrong earlier in the century, World War II was the Great War.  To put that in perspective, just wipe the city of Miami, Florida off the map.  That is how many Americans died just for the concept that all men deserve to be free.  Hitler and Japan got out of hand and we didn't want to get involved, we were glad to build war machines for
our allies and make money until Japan poked us in the chest.  It was coming, but now obvious we
will have to enter the war and save the world from becoming slaves of a new form of socialism, a national democratic socialism that was sweeping Europe for a few decades.

Our great uncles and great grandfathers fought to the death in places called Okinawa, the Ardennes
, Sicily, Palermo, Iwo Jima, Kasserine, and Tunisia.  They fought hard and to the death.  They fought
with hope of reinforcements and with knives when the ammo ran out.  The Germans called our Marines; devil dogs.  And in the lifetime since then, those men came back and perhaps too relaxed,
let freedom start to slip away at home.  Perhaps, they saw enough fighting and had enough.  Many of the younger ones would have to turn around in a few years and head out to Korea to try to stop the spread of communism.  They did.  To this day South Korea remains free.

For reasons I will not bother to outline again their great grand children are now starting to vote for the first few times in their lives and we are seeing the full affect of a teachers union loaded with progressives who have transformed the process of indoctrinization or Americanization of children from waving the flag and carrying on the torch, to one of socialization and the blind acceptance of a conceptual New World Order where everything is peaches and cream.  No one needs a gun to be free and everyone has a home, food, and health care.  You don't have to work unless you want to.

If you vote  are younger than thirty and vote democrat or call yourself liberal or progressive
then for the sake of your forefathers re-evaluate and talk to your parents or elders and seek out other sources of knowledge.  The truth is you have been lied to and are the voting Manchurian candidate.

If you are a conservative, its time think more like a libertarian and remember a society will never be in your image or the image of your God.  We are a society of many races and religions that must compromise or fail.  Remember abortion for example, should not even be a national issue,  the Constitution supports that abortion should be a State issue, yet the Constitution has been hi-jacked.
You need to push for fixing the hole in the pipe before you choose what new faucet goes on the sink.

Open Letter to the RNC

November 8, 2013

Mr. Reince Priebus
Chairman, Republican National Committee
310 1st Street, SE
Washington, DC 20003

Dear Chairman Priebus,

On behalf of millions of Tea Party members that are fully wanting to support the Republic party in 2014, I am writing in support of the RNC making it known that we will not blindly support Republican candidates in the 2014 election.

The following is a comprehensive list of the current members of Congress we will be targeting for the 2014 elections:

L. Alexander, M. Begich, S. Collins, C. Coons, J. Corynyn, R. Durbin, A. Franken, L. Graham,
K. Hagan, T. Harkin, M. Landreiu, J. McCain, M. McConnell, J. Merkley, M. Pryor, J. Reed,
J. Rockefeller, J. Shaheen, T. Udall, M. Udall, M. Warner

Since 2008, the RNC has tried to minimize our input and our significance. We will have you know we are the voting base of this party and regardless of neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, stays the Tea Party from the swift execution of our voice and vote.  We will not be silenced by mockery, by media, or by RNC.  It is time the RNC start focusing on the U.S. Constitution and less on compromise and alternative offers.  It is not the job of the People to offer alternatives to communist programming.  The alternative should always be a simple "Yes, our alliterative was written more over two centuries ago." followed by an offer to translate the Constitution.

Yet the Republican Party would rather shave a bit of Constitution here and there just for the re-election of a candidate.  We say enough and if it contuse, we say Good-day, Sir.  Gun Control and now Health Care have been high-jacked by the progressives and weaseled under the guise of commerce to render the Bill of Rights obsolete. Make no mistake, the first government officials to knock on doors for the purpose of taking weapons will end up casualties caused by the bitter stench of familiarity of the two majority political parties in this Nation.  Their blood may be on the Peoples porches, but it will be on the government's hands

On Immigration, the RNC is eager to formulate an alternative and compromise rather than simple stand by the fact that the U.S. has had, does have, and always will have the most generous immigration policy in the world.  It has worked for 235 years.  It takes times for people of other cultures to acclimate to becoming American.  There is no reason they cannot come here legally and put in the time and effort to show they are worthy of being a member of this great society.  Yet, the democrats want to expand their voting base and the RNC is afraid to just give away 35 million potential voters that the rest of America is already positive will never, in a majority, support the Republican platform.

The time has come to take a copy of the Constitution and roll it up and start slamming it down on the desks of progressives  If you slam it hard enough with great effort and consistency it will ring out like thunder.  Gun Control, Education, and Abortion should be issues handled by the several States, not by DC. Immigration simply needs to have the current laws enforced.

Best Regards,

Every non-progressive that is not a politician

The Second Amendment: Beware the Ambitious Man

The Second Amendment:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the
right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Legislation Background and Usurpations:

Militia Act of 1792

Describes in detail the weapon and supplies every militia aged man should own.  Basically a
description of the "modern" infantryman.  Shows the sense of Congress that the 2nd Amendment
should at least be interpreted to understand the people should be armed in a like-manner of
what today we have as our standing armed forces infantryman.  The current version of the Militia
Act provides for two classifications of militia - organized (National Guard) and unorganized (Non-National Guard).  In no way does it make distinction as to which firearms should be carried between the various types.

The Freedman's Bureau Act of 1866

Reinforced that all freemen have "full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings concerning  personal liberty, personal security, and the acquisition, enjoyment, and disposition of estate, real and personal, including the constitutional right to bear arms, shall be secured to and enjoyed by all the citizens of such State or district without respect to race or color, or previous condition of slavery"

1927

18 USC 1715 The first federal firearms law bans ordering a gun through the mail.

Law Enforcement Officers Protection Act of 1986

This law bans the sale and ownership of armor piercing bullets.

National Firearms Act of 1934  & 1938

Hoover pushed Congress for the 1934 act to harshly tax the sale of sawed-off shotguns and machine guns, so much so that to this day the original tax has not been raised.  This technic has been repeated many times by Congress.  You might recall that is how the Affordable Care Act was written..as a tax under the Commerce Clause.  It also requires a federal registry of these weapons.  In 1938, Roosevelt adds licensing interstate gun dealers, who must record sales, and prohibits sales to individuals under indictment or convicted of violent crimes.

Gun Control Act of 1968

The government assassination of President Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr., spurred the communist Lyndon Johnson to prohibit all convicted felons, drug users and the mentally ill from buying guns.  The GCA also raised the age to purchase handguns to the age of 21.  Also the burden of record keeping expanded for shop owners.

Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986

A heavy push against constitutional intrusions by the government let to the passing of the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986. The law limits the BATFE from inspecting gun dealers more than once a year, with follow-up inspections only in cases of multiple violations.  An amendment is also passed banning civilian ownership of machine guns manufactured after May 19, 1986. Weapons made and registered before that date are not affected. The law specifically forbids the government from creating a national registry of gun ownership.

Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993

The Brady Act mandates background checks of gun buyers in order to prevent sales to people prohibited under the 1968 legislation. The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), is maintained by the FBI. Records of such checks cannot be preserved because federal law prohibits the creation of a national registry of gun ownership. Sales by unlicensed private sellers who are not engaged in gun dealing as a business are not subject to the checks under federal law, though they are required by some states.

Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994

The Assault Weapons Ban produces a 10-year federal ban on the manufacture of new semi-automatic assault weapons. The law specifies 19 weapons that have the evil look of technology, including the AR-15, certain versions of the AK-47, the TEC-9, the MAC-10 and the Uzi, several of which had become the preferred weapon of violent drug gangs. The act also bans large-capacity ammunition magazines, limiting them to 10 rounds. The law does not apply to weapons that were already in legal possession, and there are easy ways to adapt new weapons to avoid the prohibitions.

Tiahrt Amendment of 2003

The Tiahrt Amendment to a federal spending bill. The amendment, proposed by Rep. Todd Tiahrt (R-Kan.), prohibits law enforcement from publicly releasing data showing where criminals bought their firearms.

The Liberal Question:
Why do right-wing nutjobs need firearms people just shoot each other and I hate senseless death?

Joseph Story, Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States spoke to this in his Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States in 1833.

"One of the ordinary modes, by which tyrants accomplish their purposes without resistance, is, by disarming the people, and making it an offence to keep arms, and by substituting a regular army in the stead of a resort to the militia. The friends of a free government cannot be too watchful, to overcome the dangerous tendency of the public mind to sacrifice, for the sake of mere private convenience, this powerful check upon the designs of ambitious men"

Driving Tax: Driving middle income into poverty

Fox news reported today more states are considering implementing driving taxes along with black box devices that sit on the dashboard and use Wi-Fi to send data which will show when and where you drive you car.  Who is the world of crack-smoking liberals thought to themselves this is a fantastic idea to save the planet and that the government will never use all that information for anything nefarious.

There already exists a "driving tax".  It is called a fuel tax.  It knows exactly how far you drive because when you have used it all, you need to buy more.; If this new driving tax was about revenue, then this fuel tax would just be increased. The result of additional driving related taxation; will be yet another liberal attack on the middle class. Lower middle class family back into the city to make use of public transportation which has long been used to keep the inner-city enslaved in poverty. The Journal of Urban Economics, published a paper written by Glasser, "Why do the poor live in cities? The role of public transportation." in which he described how "the urbanization of poverty comes mainly from better access to public transportation in central cities.".1

The fact is fuel tax or a driving tax is just a tool to regulate the level of income the government wishes to force into the urban landscape.  Any "black box" program regardless of what reason given is just another way to assume control of the people under the guise of other reasons.  It needs to be wholly rejected on constitutional principles by every American as well as an increase or creation of any transportation related taxation.

Presidential Infomercial proves roses really smell like poo-oo-ooo

That's right folks, the product is good, good, good AND the prices are good, good, good!!!  It's a good deal.

Three times over the course of the President's "press conference" the talking points where repeat to sell the product.  The product is good.  The price is good.  It's a good deal.  Of course the President did this surround by people that supposedly benefited from the PPACA.  I am positive it couldn't have been any patients or doctors.  Perhaps they were from Wall Street or large mutual.

I mentioned in another post how the government has locked down access to any hard data mining of statistics on the healthcare.gov website likely to stop the laughter of the RNC; yet the President claims much of the failure has been because of the overwhelming number of people visiting the website.  Proudly boasting of the "thousands" (313+ million population) already signed up and the 20 million website visitors.

I don't want to call the President a liar, but I will say he is a liar.  The estimated monthly traffic for Healthcare.gov over the past thirty days is only 4,439,500.1   Granted this is an estimated metric, but I highly doubt they are off by so between 75% and infinity. As far as unique visitors which means not someone at home visiting over and over and over; healthcare.gov only received 829,417 visits. 2

What we can gleam Alexa's web analytics is that healthcare.gov has enjoyed 41% decline in visits from search engines over the past three months.  Also that their is likely either a government or grassroots campaign on Facebook which is in full swing to push people to sign up.  Mr. President please listen to your fellow infomercial icon, Susan Powter, and just STOP THE INSANITY!  The number of visitors to the site are not overwhelming; in fact, they are appalling which is why you are in the rose garden pedaling your The Affordable Care Act like George Foreman selling his grills.

One would think with such an important sales presentation, the President would focus on using proper English.  "More better" is only correctly used if following by the word "Blues" and even then it should properly be "Mo better blues".  I guess liberals only cringe at language errors made by oil-drilling Presidents.  I do wonder was there an APPLAUSE sign next to the teleprompter today?  I do not know why people would clan when you were so happy that young people could stay on their parents plans until the age of twenty-six.  Is that because you know it is going to take those people an average of 8 years to find full-time employment now that the PPACA is enacted?  No parent wants a child living in their basement eating Cheetos after smoking a bowl at 2am.  That is not drive nor success.

Why would you mention Oregon already added 56,000 more people to Medicaid because of the PPACA?  Are you proud of yourself that 56,000 people cannot find meaningful and well paying jobs under your administration?  To make matters worse you went back to an old lie proven horrible wrong and that is that for most Americans, 6 out of 10 by your implication, will pay less a month for insurance premiums than the cost of a cell phone of cable television.  Why haven't you sold the plan based on the economic advantages of the low deductibles.  I have heard of deductibles as high as $24,000 with a $6,000 annual premium for one family.  That is a $500 cell phone bill and one major surgery before their coverage even kicks in.

The President made himself into a jester today.  Juggling and entertaining the dumb while selling a horrible product.  Give it another month and he will be giving out free toasters for every knew application and a chance to win a free houses.

Liberals Build Ghettos and Keep Minorities in Virtual Chains

The figures above show the 2012 Presidential election results by state, the highest population cities in the US, and which of these cities cling to democratic mayors and policies.  Economic researches have a State Income Inequality Index which rates the level of emigration occurring in  the state that involves the exodus of higher income individuals away from poor neighborhoods.  This exodus leaves the poor with fewer job opportunities, role models, peers, social networks, and less school funding.

The tendency is a natural one and is not limited by race or religion.  Income increases that drives people from poor neighbors is almost exclusively because middle-income individuals have a demand for single-family homes; not apartments, but is also, on a much smaller scale, related to a desire for better school districts and less crime.  These neighborhoods that remain with almost entirely low-income households are what always found in the inner-city.

What you see if you look at the two maps is that States with an income equality index significantly
lower that the national average have a tendency to vote conservative; while the closer the index is to
the above average the states tend to swing liberal. So what is really happening in these states?
As the wealth move away into better neighbors taking with them all the benefits that they bring to a
neighborhood - jobs opportunity, school funding, etc.  Poor people also tend to migrate away from
those neighbors toward the inner-city.  The research of Harvard economist Dr. Glaeser suggests that
the urbanization of poverty comes mainly from better access to public transportation in central cities.1

The rise of public employment in the United States has for more than 150 years been linked to the
efforts of urban political machines to provide for their constituents.  Once poverty accumulates to its own population centers we saw the rise of subcultures which develop into organizations focused on money and power.  These can range from the rise of The Nation of Islam, community organizations like ACORN, or institutional systems that provide benefits in a non-verbal exchange for a vote.  It is not that organizations such as TNI or ACORN do not provide programs and address social needs, but they arise from a desire for either power or money and if for any extended time those forces where removed they would crumble.

Local black politicians in an attempt to help the issue at the core where very active in hiring blacks into government jobs with good pay and benefits in an attempt to help the poverty in the inner cities.  And temporarily, it works.  However, the American dream has blind eyes and no one is going to stay in a crime ridden slum once they have money.  They are going to get a car and take their family and move somewhere better and commute to work.  If this plan was a true solution it would have rebuild those communities because 20 percent of all government jobs are filled by blacks while they are responsible for only 12% of the workforce.2

Democrats have had a century of policy making designed to simply keep the vote of their inner-city constituents.  They continue to develop new and overlapping social programs that do nothing to solve the underlying issue and their marketing machines, the Jackson-Sharpton crowd and the progressive community organizations, just push hard and fast for support of these policies.  The Democrats get votes, the community organizers make money, and the religious gain fame.  If that were not disgusting enough, they then focus on crime using the same system in which they market their social programs; convincing blacks that murder is caused by guns and violence is a result of drugs.

There is little social justice to be found in inner-cities. Black make up 43% of the incarcerated population yet are only 13% of the total population.  That means a black person is six times more like to be tossed in jail than that or a white person.  It is not racism that drives these figures.  It is because of the literal attack on the black man by drug policies.  The drug of choice is cocaine.  White and black alike love cocaine as a recreational drug.  Yet in the 80s it was cut down and made into a cheaper product called crack cocaine.  Of course it was horrible and killing the babies of the inner-city (sarcasm).  Well the Democrats stopped that by helping to pass legislation throwing the
book at crack possession and dealing.

In 1986, Congress enacted the Anti-Drug Abuse act, a completely bi-partisan bill.  Only one member of the Senate voted against it.  ADAA establishing mandatory minimum sentences where 5 grams of crack cocaine was treated the same as 500 grams of powder cocaine.  I know first hand from visiting the Bureau of Prisons back in 1999 that a major concern at the time was this legislation and its stupidity.  In 2010 the Fair Sentencing Act finally straightened this out and put sentencing on equal footing.  I have no doubt that someone in Congress was racist when he made his vote, but this about economics and not race; however, due to the large black concentration in inner-cities it makes these policies always appear racist.  It does allow us to use stat differentials between black and whites to ascertain the real truth which is poverty versus stupid policy.

48% of all convicts in federal prison are incarcerated for drug charges.  State prisons are holding about 17% for drug charges.  33% of all people on probation are for their for drug charges.  Democrats  have made lies about drug control and turned it into an entire industry of demanding tax money for treatments, community policing, etc.  All thanks to the policies they create , once they develop the perception of need, they can milk it for decades.  If this sounds far fetched just think about the global warming issue and all the evidence that keeps emerging against its hypothesis.

More proof that social welfare programs are about making money for the government and its friends is that whites are 77% of the population and blacks 17% of the population while both have about 39% of their populations on welfare. To anyone who is racist: this means more white are on welfare than blacks.  This illustrates that poor is poor.  By now the poor of this country are just radioactive waste.  Democrats know their policies cannot fix the inner-city.  Republicans know they cannot take the stupid programs away.  To keep the vote Democrats must keep reinventing the wheel, such as with the PPACA.  To not completely lose the Republicans usually fain to be angry and may delay the legislation before passing it with a "compromise".  It is one big inside job and the poor are the punch-line.

To further injury they pass legislation like gun control and ban guns from the cities because hardened criminals spend so much time shopping at Walmart for a shotgun.  They steal the economics of escape then literally sentence their inner-city constituents to death and black leaders and paid organizers have the duty to sell sell sell. If you look at the largest cities in America patterns begin to emerge.  When cities with high poverty rates give in to the system and begin electing democrat after democrat they are completely buried in liberal policies that seal their coffins.

A list of the worst of the worst shows a direct correlation based upon the long history of liberal leadership. The status on Democrats mayors in major cities

Chicago  -since 1931
NYC - 80 of the past 100 years
Cleveland 58 of the years since 1942
San Fran - since 1964
Los Angeles - since 1961, 1 republican mayor 8 years
Boston - since 1930
Jacksonville - only 2 republicans since 1888
New Orleans - since 1870
Atlanta - since 1942
Detroit -since 1962
Kansas City - 1 Republican since 1930
Denver - since 1961
Nashville - at least 1951 possibly longer
Seattle - at least 30-40 years
Philly - since 1952
Washington DC - since 1883

Cities in the same scenarios that have no given in to these destructive Democrat politicians have fared much better overall although the basic poverty issues still exist.  Columbus, Ohio, Charlotte, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Miami, FL, Virginia Beach, VA, Phoenix, AZ, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX, and Mobile, AL.  All of these cities enjoy at least 25% Independent or Republican Mayors in recent history ( 1960s).  This is important because the states where high poverty cities continue to make smarter political choices is reflected in how their states vote in Presidential
elections.  These cities are all very population dense and among the top cities by population in the country.

The Republicans, Tea Party, and Libertarians would do well to simple focus educational and community efforts in this troubled cities and they will begin to see a massive change in federal elections.  As we know PA, OH, and CO are 3 of the 9 swing states from the 2012 election and targeting cities within these states are a priority for 2016.  Targeting Cleveland would make sense because while it is slightly liberal the state itself is historically moderate-conservative.  Another target would be Denver which is recently experiencing backlash against democratic politicians.  Nashville is in a historically very religious South and would be open to the faith-based approach.  Philadelphia is interesting as it is similar to Cleveland as it is a patriotic blue-collar hard working town that is open to straight talk as long as it is backed up by loyal actions.

Revolutionary War: Blood shed before Lexington

" First blood shed in our Revolution," has been commonly supposed to have been shed at Lexington, April 19th, 1775; but Westminster, Vermont, files a prior claim in favor of one William French, who, it is asserted, was killed on the night of March 13th, 1775, at the King's Court House, in what is now
Westminster. At that time Vermont was a part of New York, and the King's Court officers, together with a body of troops, were sent on to Westminster to hold the usual session of the court. The people, however, were exasperated, and assembled in the court house to resist. A little before midnight the troops of George the Third advanced and fired indiscriminately upon the crowd, instantly killing William French, whose head was pierced by a musket ball. He was buried in the church yard and a stone erected to his memory, with this quaint inscription :

" In memory of William French, who was shot at Westminster, March ye twelfth, 1775, by the hand of the cruel ministerial tools of George ye 3rd at the Court House at 11 o'clock at night, in the 22nd year of his age."

Here William French his Body lies,
For Murder his Blood for Vengeance Cries,
King George the Third his Tory Crew
Tha with a bawl his head shot threw,
For Liberty and his Country's good
He lost his life his Dearest blood."

Open Letter to The President

Mr. President.

This is America.  This is not Benghazi.  You cannot discard citizens here and hope
your problems remain covered.  The fact is your time as tyrant is coming to an end in
2016, at the very latest.  You will not be the one to take our liberty.  Not by any means
be it legislation, dictation of executive order, or by force.  We saw you blink when you
sent the riot police out in a pathetic attempt to scare of protesting veterans.  We also
saw the videos and the fear in their eyes.  We know you have built an army of “agents”
with over a billions of rounds of ammunition to circumvent the posse comitatus act;
we don’t care.  If we cannot live free then we will die free.

You are a communist and have been all your life.  It was not that many years ago your
party as outlawed by the U.S. Congress for good reason.  You are deceptive and full of
radical ideas about equity and equality.  Some wonder if you are truly American and even
have the right to be President.  I can assure you, you may have been born in America,
but you are anything but American.  You are the new red scare.  You legislate to overload
the government with debt and destroy jobs to force Americans to seek help from the
very covered that caused their needs.

We are watching you and waiting your next move.  Our patience, if needed, can well
outlast your Presidency.  In 2014, God willing people will realize regardless of desires,
media spin, or money spent; that Democrats must be removed from the House and
Senate so we can repeal the PPACA.  Our government threatens to destroy the future
for our children with bad fiscal policy; but PPACA is so fiscally irresponsible it threatens
the future of the entire Nation.

Social programs are an issue that should be dealt with by the States.  To mask social
programs as a constitutional tax is offensive to the foundation and principles of the
Republic.  The Supreme Court of The United States of America as branch of government
is as complicit as you at destroying this nation from within.
