Great Minds Think Alike

I originally posted this on Twitter http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1rlj83b 2:29 PM - 26 Jul 13

No one ever listens to me so I thought nothing of it until I saw in the week or some prior and after others were writing about the same ideas.

Obama's Plan For Economic Collapse

Obama’s Plan : Total Dictatorial Takeover Of America Through Economic Collapse

-----TWEET-----

CONSPIRACY THEORY #1

April 2009 The Department of Homeland Security internally publishes a report titled “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,”.

“[T]he consequences of a prolonged economic downturn – including real estate foreclosures, unemployment and an inability to obtain credit – could create a fertile recruiting environment for right-wing extremists and even result in confrontations between such groups and government authorities similar to those in the past,” ( http://www.wnd.com/images/dhs-rightwing-extremism.pdf )

This report is setting up the Obama Administration in a defensive posture letting non-statists know that the government will be ready for them to try to take back this country.

Ammunition and equipment purchases that are extremely abnormal continue to be uncovered over the next several years.

From 2012 to the present, The Administration has been rocked by scandal upon scandal and remain unrepentant and unwilling to resolve the issues with the public. This is the last stand of the statist administration, they want this to boil over to give them an excuse to use force to silence the opposition, seize firearms, and take property and wealth. This is why there are FEMA camps distributed near major population centers and why agencies with low expanses of law enforcement jurisdiction are being armed like soldiers.

The signs and pieces have been slowly emerging for years and this could be the outline of an already planned scenario for which the statists have created a reactionary force.

That is my take on this whole clusterfuck.

Open Digital Letter to the Preisident

Mr. President:

I like all Americans know about the National Security Agency and its unconstitutional and warrant-less data gathering on the public with our borders.  However, I do understand the how data mining would need to be done in secrecy, after-all if a terrorist knows your listening, its simple not to speak.  More important of a national security issue is the security of the people against the tyranny of government.  It takes unquestioned precedence and trumps any possible need for massive wide sweeping data collection.

The secret authorization of broad scoped data interception of Americans is an outrageous betrayal of our core values, and a grave danger to our security. We must do whatever it takes to track down
and stop tyranny and tyrants, but saying you didn't know is not an answer - it is a fundamental part of the problem with your administration's approach.  Breaking your constitutional oath is tyrannical, impeachable, and in my eyes treasonous.  Tyranny is how you breed fear of government, not faith in government.  Tyranny is how you set back America, not how you strengthen it.  If you wonder if your believed to be a Tyrant; well Mr. President look at the sales of guns and ammunition soaring since you took the oath of office and you will know what the people truly believe.

It's time to tell we told you and your administration that we Americans reject this path without exception or equivocation.  It's time to stop telling the American people one thing in public while doing something else in the shadows.  No more secret authorization of methods like communications intercepts.  Americans need to once again stand up to tyranny that threatens freedom.  We do not accept a government that works in secret to avoid honoring our laws and Constitution.

You Mr. President need to look at everything you promised America about transparency and
about making America better and stop with the non-sense of hate stirring speeches to divide the country.  Trayvon Martin's killing which, although tragic and sad, is inconsequential to the bigger picture.  Yes, Trayvon was black, but that means what Mr. President?  Just means he is American like you and I.  If you were not born in Africa, your just an American.  If you were not born in Ireland, your not Irish-American.  Skin never shows the true color of one's heart.  Until you took office I can't remember the last time I even thought about the color of person's skin.  That is the honest truth.

I see beyond race in your dog and pony show speech going on about how you could have been Trayvon years ago.    It takes thinking more than one move ahead to win at chess; Mr. President, stop trying to take our firearms, you will never get them without a rebellion.  It simply will not happen.
Moreover, using the death of a boy and objectification of that tragedy boiled down to a race label is no different than pornography objectifying women.

Mr. President, your Affordable Healthcare Act, is going to bankrupt this nation and regardless of what it is called; it will have regulations and appeals which will be de facto death panels.  Do you think us so harsh as to not want the sick to have medicine?  Shame on you Mr. President.  What we
don't want is the government to make choices for us - this is not freedom.  What we don't want is government to sit around eating jelly donuts spending millions of dollars making funny videos and having agency conferences in Las Vegas while it says it needs to tax more of our income.  Americans work for their money Mr. President, the government does not.  The government simply takes and by its nature it will want to take more and more.  Pass a debt ceiling and a balanced budget amendment.

And the lies Mr. President. Stop with the lies.  We are not a stupid nation.   We know you were behind the IRS and targeting conservative groups.  Your personality means you have hands on everything.  I applaud your brilliance on the IRS scandal, but it was too much.  Fellation in the oval office would be one thing, but stealing an election is entirely felonious.  That would be a high-crime and not a misdemeanor Mr. President.

Do to the shortness of  this letter, I will not get into other issues such as illegal bailouts, giving money to soon to be bankrupt solar energy firms, targeting coal based energy, bowing to heads of states.  None of this is personal Mr. President.  You seem like a good man that is way over his head.  And don't be afraid to tell everyone your Muslim.  Its like the whole race issue...we just don't care.

I did not vote for you either time, but your still our President.  God bless you and your family.
None of what I wrote should be taken personally.  we simply listen to the Founding Fathers and
do not trust your administration.  We didn't trust Reagan either.  In God We Trust.

Finding the true agenda behind Immigration Reform

The White house has published "The Benefits of Immigration Reform...Versus The Cost of Inaction"

The Obama Administration continues its policy of turning a blind eye on employment issues.  The Administration is supporting immigration reform based on the idea that domestic production will
benefit from the larger labor force.  As of today, Gallup lists the national unemployment rate at 7.7%
with an underemployment rate of 17.7%. (http://www.gallup.com/poll/125639/gallup-daily-workforce.aspx)  at the current population this represents a labor force of 22 million just waiting for job creation to occur since 2008 with another 33 million needing full-time work.   Immigration reform is on the table for a few reason, none of which are the economy.  President Obama again shows that he is out of touch with the policy decisions necessary to solved the unemployment dilemma.  Immigration reform distracts the public from the fact that Obama has completely failed at job creation.  This online advertisement flashes talking points again and again about new and young works as the miracle cure for our economic woes.

The Need for a Constitutional Convention

U.S. Constitution - Article 5

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

There is a lot of opposition to the calling of a Constitutional Convention as people are afraid the Constitution will get thrown under the proverbial bus.  A scrutinized reading of Article 5 dismisses these outrageous claims.  The truth is a Constitutional Convention is "for proposing amendments". These amendments also must be ratified by three fourths of the state legislatures or by conventions of three fourths of the states.  The Constitutional Convention is not an automated destruction of the U.S. Constitution.

Several states over the years have already called for Constitutional Conventions.

Alaska Arizona Arkansas Delaware Colorado Georgia Idaho Indiana Iowa
Kansas Maryland  Mississippi Missouri Nebraska Nevada New Hampshire
New Mexico North Carolina North Dakota Oklahoma Oregon  Pennsylvania
South Carolina South Dakota  Tennessee Texas  Utah Virginia Wyoming

Doing the bath, these means a total of 34 states need to call for a Constitutional Convention. 29 states have already made the call for Convention.  While three states have formally rescinded their call for Convention, there is no support in the U.S. Constitution for rescinding the call. This leaves the need for only two more States to call for Convention. The case will end up before the Supreme Court of the United States of American which will then decide if rescinding was proper and acceptable.

Organizing a PAC to push for Conventions in Florida, Hawaii, Michigan, Kentucky, Montana, Ohio, and Wisconsin all at the same time, if properly funded, just may be able to secure the two needed states.

Proposed Amendments that would help push for Convention would possibly be:

1.  Balanced Budget Amendment

2. Anti-Spying Amendment - Make if unlawful for government agencies to spy on citizens "in mass". Every request needs an individual search warrant by a district court.

3. Gun Rights Amendment - Any weapon which a normal infantry soldier or marine would have in "common use" the people shall also be allow to bear and carry.  No agency, federal, state, or local, shall require licensing to own or carry a firearm. No agency shall track ownership of firearms.

4. Fair Tax Amendment - The IRS is to have all powers of dealing with citizens removed. They shall be responsible for collecting taxes from businesses only.  Income tax is abolished. All goods sold, except for food, will have a 15% tax.  Any laws passed which would require and increase in taxes, shall also be placed on state ballots and pass 2/3 of the states.

5. Safe Voting Amendment - No person or groups of person shall picket, protest, or support any agenda or candidate within 1/2 mile of a polling location

6. Medicinal Use Amendment - Marijuana shall be legalized and have an additional "narcotics" tax of 10% which will go toward social programs such as food and housing.

7.  Citizens Power Amendment - Any law enforcement officers forcibly entering a building unlawfully without a search warrant, do so at their own peril.   No person shall be convict or assault or murder of a law enforcement officer in these circumstances.  Every person has the right to stand their ground in self-defense.  Every citizen has the right to record the audio and video of public servants performing their duties.

THE DANGER OF PASSIVE OBEDIENCE

The pride of every American must recoil at the disgraceful way and means taken by an Executive whom sports the audacity to claim the titular of Moral Caretaker while forcing unwanted and unnecessary unilateral policy change by using a often confused Congress or simply by circumvention of a Congress who inheritance and legacy is all but scattered to the winds from the foolish gift of Executive Orders. The Executive has broken his oath to the people when he symbolically shredded the Constitution with the Affordable Care Act. Nine people sit in judgment to prevent the government from preventing freedom and stealing liberty. Rather than simply judge the law, they place two parts in opposition in a pit with vipers and with a roll of a dice decide the winner and the fate of millions.
The Constitution is the rock that the wind of Court ruling just blow across and each day brings a new breeze.

The democratic socialists have used the Executive to obtain proselytes to their much cloak ideals which twist the notion of equality into a infamous artwork of which will surely end all freedom and enslave an entire people. The practices and part-sanctioned media are tools that cannot but excite the detestation of every man of character and dignity.  They currently refuse offers of bi-partisanship to solve after three decades the southern immigration problem, yet refuse to first close the gateway which brings them yet more converts to their destruction of liberty. They simply ask in exchange for their patronage a complete passive obedience and they will shower their needy children with social welfare unlike the world has ever seen. Indeed, why would they come across the isle on immigration reform. They stand to gain 30 million voters.

Without the most humiliating subserviency to their plans, they will fail. However, we saw in 2008 and 2012 the party directed propaganda media outlets know all to well how easy it is to quickly turn a young mind already hormonally receptive to challenging the status quo of common sense. Knowing full well the baseness of the democratic socialist views, they are afraid to trust to the deliberate and unbiased judgment of the public, but depending altogether on deceptions, they take every method to check an investigation of their conduct, and by terror and threat accomplish those purposes, which otherwise would be stifled in embryo. They deceived us on Benghazi, the IRS, NSA, Trayvon Martin, the list can easily number in the hundreds. They have used terror by throwing one innocent man in jail, arming and gearing up several DHS agencies in such a manner as to warn citizens not to resist their "change". And they have refused to properly investigate incidents by having the Attorney General investigate himself and not investigate the IRS, and simply claiming national security issues on the NSA, CIA, and anything else they do not wish divulged.

This is just a flowery picturesque description of a party and Administration, whom have been assiduous in controlling the public mind. They have , for a number of years past, been active in bearing down on those who dared to act or think contrary to their opinion for example the public ridicule of  Joe "The Plumber" from Ohio.  Whom asked and answered legitimate questions of a candidate and was mocked by the candidate at future stops.  Every vile spiteful word has been propagated against characters, whose independence of mind would not suffer themselves to become the dupes of community organizer, whose only claim to fame will be the insolence of their demands and the audacious arrogance with which the prosecuted his personal agenda.

Piers Morgan: The British Butcher of Journalism

There was a time when news reporting was made by men of principle.  Cronkite, Brinkley, Brokaw
Huntley, Brinkley, and Murrow.  The asked the questions and got the facts.  They only used the facts to base their opinions and as stories began to tell themselves from the revelation of new information, the reporter accordingly adjusted their own opinion and reported that commentary along with the news.  Truthfulness, accuracy, objectivity, and fairness made these men great and those principles were founded in a solid belief that they were accountable to the public.  It was there duty to seek the truth.

Those men and the principles they championed are long gone; as is news reporting.  Sensational quasi-editorial reports and programs that blend ideology and news is the current rage of media.  Few major stories are made without advocacy for policy or party as forethought.  A prime example is the Trayvon Martin killing.

On April 14, 2012. Saturday Night Live did a skit mocking CCN windbag Piers Morgan whom was already trying to shape a Trayvon narrative for himself and CNN.  From the very start and continuing even after the trial Piers Morgan refuses to relent and admit that from the start he was incorrect for the sake of trying to save face.  He is a pathetic excuse for a professional and for a man.

On the 15th of this month he interviews Rachel Jeantel and led her into answer after answer and when she decided to tell the world that she basically goaded Trayvon into confrontation by suggesting Zimmerman was a gay stalker going to rape him and his little brother; Piers quickly shut her down and tried to re-direct her.  She was not giving testimony in court.  Report the news windbag let her speak.   CNN should have never hired you as a reporter in the first place and they should quietly release you from your contract and let you disappear back across the pond.

Jeantel confirms that Trayvon thought Zimmerman was probably gay and a racist because in fact she fed those thoughts into his head and it probably led to him starting off with turning and punching Zimmerman.  In one interview she destroys over a year of liberal narrative by the media outlets.  Brilliant!

MORGAN: Because of the make-up of the jury? Do you think it was just wrong that you had no black people on the jury at all?

JEANTEL: No, not that. They don't understand, they understand -- he was just bashed or he was killed. When somebody bashes like blood people, trust me,  the area I live, that's not bashing. That's just called whoop ass. You do that (INAUDIBLE). That's what it is.

MORGAN: Would he have defended himself if he'd been in that position?

JEANTEL: Yes, in my mind -- well, in reality, Trayvon, before his death, he thought I was still on the phone. I could have called out for help or something.   But I wasn't on the phone. The struggle (INAUDIBLE) because Trayvon have an Android. If you click on the Android, that can end the call. And there was a struggle,  so somebody had to be on top of Trayvon.

MORGAN: How would -- how would you like Trayvon to be remembered? Because the picture of
the theme built now, because of the acquittal of George Zimmerman,  is that Trayvon Martin was a young thug who had it coming to him, because he jumped George Zimmerman, punched him in the face, got his head, smashed it into the  concrete repeatedly, and tried -- was going to kill him.   That is why George Zimmerman pulled out a gun and shot him.

JEANTEL: That's called dramatic. That's really acting like a punk, like a real punk -- be honest.

MORGAN: Did Trayvon have that in him?

JEANTEL: No, no. Trayvon was too quiet. And why -- why Trayvon going to run if he wanted to confront him, beat him? Why would he run?  And people need to understand, he didn't want that creepy ass cracker going to his father or girlfriend's house to go get -- mind you, his little brother was there.    You know -- now, mind you, I told you -- I told Trayvon it might have been a rapist.
Parents need to stop acting dumb. If you're going to tell your child, oh, a stranger, oh, you tell your child one thing -- run away, trying to find somebody,  that's not what Trayvon was doing?  So why -- so why the jury -- they're all parents -- well, some of them are parents. And they've been telling their -- their child that. Now, you're going to tell  me you're going to tell your child to stand there (ph)? No.

Lift on FEMA ban may prove too much for the Establishment Clause

Last Thursday , Senators Gillibrand (D-NY) and Blunt (R-MO) introduced a bill last week to lift FEMA's ban on providing aid to houses or worship.  The bill has been referred to committee.
The House passed a similar measure earlier in the year and The Christian Post reports that the
Becket Fund for Religious Liberty supports the bill, according to legal counsel Daniel Blomberg.

Our representatives and special interests groups seem confident in their chances to overrule FEMA's
ban; however, SCOTUS may have something to say.  In Lemon v. Kurtzman,  Chief Justice Burger
introduced what is known as the lemon test, a three-pronged test for laws dealing with the Establishment Clause.  To pass muster, a statute must have
  1. A Secular Legislative Purpose
  2. Principal Effect that Neither Advances Nor Inhibits Religion
  3. Must not foster Excessive Government Entanglement with Religion.
The third part of the lemon test may prove to be problematic should the lifting of the FEMA ban be challenged.  FEMA determines eligibility for providing aid and can reject applications.  This could lead the Court to question whether it is possible that excessive entanglement might occur.  Giving
the history of scandals such as the IRS, the ban will need to be concisely written with very specific
criteria leaving no room for interpretation.

Zimmerman: Victim of Government Conspiracy

The NAACP on its website has posted a petition requesting that Attorney General Holder, himself a criminal, open a civil rights case against George Zimmerman.  The FBI previously investigated the case and found race to be a non-issue.  In a political move by the Obama Administration, with the return of a not guilty verdict ,the DOJ has decided to "look into" pursuing civil rights inquiries.  The government will need to focus on hate crime statutes but will be hard pressed after state and federal level investigations both insist the killing was not racially motivated which leads one to believe that the DOJ can only be pursing the matter for political reasons.

DOJs selective investigation is the real civil rights violation.  These are tools that tyrants use.  This country was founded on the idea tat laws applied equally to all; all the time.  Zimmerman has gone from defendant to pawn as the Obama Administration continues to use the publicity to spin attention away from his administration and the scandal upon scandal that keep stacking up daily. The real crime in the death of Trayvon Martin is the immediate and relentless media bias by the major networks - ABC NBS CBS CNN as well as interference with state sovereignty by the DOJ and President Obama.  The local prosecutor now is complicit in this orchestrated malicious prosecution attempt.

The tragedy of Trayvon Martin's death is that his legacy will be one of government misconduct in its conspiracy against the rights of one of it's citizens (18 U.S.C. 241) and waste of taxpayer money.

Paradise Lost: Liberty given away

Tyranny is not often recognized by most people.  The fact is that most of us are not actively engaged in the day to day politics of the federal government.  At best, most watch the nightly news.  While this has been changing with the advent of the world wide web and social media, tyranny still remains an elusive concept. Tyranny is defined as that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry.  To simplify the concept, we can think of tyranny as the discretionary application of federal laws.  Tyranny is dangerous to the entire nation.  Once the government is allowed to apply laws in a tyrannical means it can use the law as a tool to punitively remove the natural rights of man from those whom would oppose it.

Without a vigilante citizenry, the active or passive opposition to policy becomes a very dangerous proposition.  Due diligence must be paid to any and each proposition for law or regulation.  An example of the need for diligence was the introduction of the Patriot Act shortly after 9/11.  A very high majority of Americans supported this act because we were still emotionally distressed over the terrorist attacks and the government seized its opportunity to "never let a crisis go to waste" and quickly passed the legislation.  Many of us warned at the time that giving away a portion of our liberty for the sake of safety was a slippery slope. Benjamin Franklin, over two-hundred years ago, warned "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.".

The consequences of not heeding Mr. Franklin we are just now learning.  The National Security Agency is monitoring phone calls, video calls, text messages, location tracking, and all kinds of mischief.   The IRS used political discretion to purposefully and willingly withhold processing of non-profit application that would increase opposition funding for the next Presidential campaign.  These two incidents alone should have brought 300 million people marching to D.C. demanding the immediate resignation of the entire administration, but yet we blame each other with cries of playing foul and politics all orchestrated by the conglomerate media designed to protect the government.

According to the Media Research Center1, ABC, CBS, and NBC ran a total of 96 stories on the IRS scandal during he first two weeks through May 23rd.  By June 7th that total was down to zero.  Many of those 96 stories were commentaries that deflected and diffused the severity of the issue and made it seems that the Republican Party was being melodramatic.  An administration directly used the power of the government to indirectly influence a political election.  This is felonious and impeachable tyranny at best. The Administration has made a choice to become an enemy of the people, not republicans or democrats, but all the people.  We should all be ashamed for what we are allowing to occur.  Before our eyes with our children as our witnesses, we are placing them into a lifetime of servitude and despotism.

It is not a big leap of faith to take this information as a cornerstone of reasoning to see the information on Benghazi, lies by Holder, Clinton, Obama, and Clapper, policies that eliminate due process for Americans so the government may execute them with drones at their choosing, continued attempts of a century to disarm the people, and so many other usurpations of Constitutional authority.  We are in serious trouble.  We have unleashed a beast that feeds endlessly on its own power; regardless of whom is in command of it.  We have only one recourse of action because the power of the vote is not enough.  We must unite.  It must be entirety of the people that protest and D.C. will quake with fear.  The fact that the people would be so united against tyranny is enough that the fact that the people are armed and would make the largest army the world has ever seen is irrelevant.  This country is about the citizenry, not about the governing.

We have no place to go.  We are the last bastion of freedom on Earth.  Nearly ever country has turned to socialism and reduced the liberty of people back to the time before the American and French revolutions.  I hate to see our paradise lost.

Interview by CuringStupid July 9th, 2013

CS - Interviewer
AH - Alexander Hamilton
GM - George Mason
JM - James Madison
NW - Noah Webster
PH - Patrick Henry
SA - Samuel Adams
TC - Tenche Coxe
TJ - Thomas Jefferson
ZJ - Zacharia Johnson

CS: It has been said by many liberals that the 2nd Amendment was never intended to apply to individuals, but only too organized militias.  Can you elaborate on this?

GM: I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials.

SA: That the said Constitution shall never be construed to authorize Congress to ...prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms

AH:  The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed.

CS: Mr.Hamilton, we have been told by liberals, such as Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi that we do not need high capacity magazines or what they call assault rifles. Do you agree?

AH:  If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government. . .the citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.

CS: So then we should not tolerate the government limiting our 2nd Amendment rights?

JM: "[The Constitution preserves] the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation...(where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.

CS:  Mr. Webster you don't have to raise your hand Sir.  Please speak freely.

NW:  "Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed...

CS:  It is my understanding that Americans have the right to own any weapon a normal soldier has at their use, such as grenades, anti-tank missiles, and fully automatic weapons.  Do you agree?

TC: Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves?. . .Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.

CS:  In principle then, we should have no real limitations on the type of arms we possess, but what can we do if the Congress has sold out to PACS and special interests and ignore the people?

TJ: What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. . .No Free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

CS:  I appreciate your time Gentlemen.  I would ask that you leave us with your final thoughts on this issue.

PH:  O sir, we should have fine times, indeed, if, to punish tyrants, it were only sufficient to assemble the people!...

JM:  The right of the people to keep and bear ... arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country

GM: ...to disarm the people - that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them."

PH:  Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense?. . .If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?"

ZJ: The people are not to be disarmed of their weapons. They are left in full possession of them.

PH: The great object is, that every man be armed ... Every one who is able may have a gun.

SA: And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress ... to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms....

CS:  Thank you for the interview Sirs.  You may now head back to the past while we get back to the business of preserving this Republic from the shadow of tyranny falling upon it.

Resolutions for a Revolution of Thought

Resolved, The Constitution is a bedrock of our Republic and as a framework for limiting a national government conducive to the welfare, prosperity, and freedom of the people of all the States, shall
not be judicially altered by the United States Supreme Court.

Resolved, This convention explicitly declares, as the sense of the American people, that after 8 years of failure to restore the Union to economic prosperity by the experiment of socialist constructs, that the federal government has no constitutional authority to enforce health care coverage and penalties
related to said coverage.

Resolved.  After more than a century of disregard for the Constitution and public liberty and private right alike have been trodden down, the national government has no constitutional authority to place regulations restricting
  • due process
  • liberty
  • freedom
  • the right to bear arms to combat tyranny
  • the right to make decisions about one's health
  • the right to discipline one's child in a manner that does not cause permanent damage mentally or physically
  • the right to regulate consumption of alcohol or pharmaceuticals
  • the right to spend in excess of the debt ceiling
  • the right to pass unfunded legislation
Resolved, The use of agencies of the Executive branch or the military on American soil against the people or the attempt to legislate restrictions in clear violation of the Constitution will be held as revolutionary, and resisted with all the means and power under our control.

Resolved, That the aim and object is to preserve the rights of the States unimpaired; and they hereby declare that they consider that the administrative usurpation of extraordinary and dangerous powers not granted by the Constitution as an insurrection  by the federal government.  The arbitrary military arrest, imprisonment, trial, and sentence of American citizens in States where civil law exists in full force; the suppression of freedom of speech and of the press; the denial of the right of asylum; the open and avowed disregard of State rights; the employment of unusual test oaths; and the interference with and denial of the right of the people to bear arms in their defense; are calculated to prevent a restoration of the Republic and the perpetuation of a government deriving its just powers from the consent of the governed.

Resolved, That the shameful disregard of an administration to its duty in respect to our fellow citizens who are now, and long have been, in a suffering condition, deserves the severest reprobation, on the score alike of public policy and common humanity.

Resolved, That the sympathy of the government and the people is heartily and earnestly extended to the soldiers and sailors of are armed forces, who are and have been in the field and on the sea, under the flag of our country; and they will receive all the care, protection, and regard that the brave soldiers and sailors of the Republic have so nobly earned.

I'll have a Claymore...and grenades all around

The 2nd Amendment reads as follows:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd Militia Act of 1792 called for state militia members to arm themselves with a musket or rifle, bayonet and belt, flints if needed for muskets, a box of cartridges, knapsack, powder horn and gunpowder. It is clear by this act of Congress, that each citizen that was a member of the militia, was expected to own a rifle or musket, a bayonet, and ammunition to be ready in case they are called into duty. The burden by Constitution and this act of Congress, places the burden of equipment preparedness upon the citizen.

This historical information cannot be overlooked when it comes to our understanding of the 2nd Amendment. Regardless of any desire to keep firearms from the hands of criminals or prevent school massacres, which are more likely the cause of children being bombarded with television violence, the Constitution clearly is designed to prevent the federal government from making any law which prohibits the ownership or keeping and carrying or bearing of arms. They simply do not have the authority. The Supreme Court of the United States of America agreed with this precept in 1875.

SCOTUS rules in US v. Cruikshank (92 US 542) that the right to bear arms is not granted by the Constitution, but the federal government has no power to restrict the right to bear arms. In other words, Congress shall make no law restricting the right to bear arms.

One only needs to look at immediate pre-revolution history, the Constitution, and the first Annals of Congress to understand that everyone from the Founding Fathers, to the authors of the Constitution , our military, and courts understood the importance of the citizens having unfettered access to firearms.

If we forge ahead to 1939, SCOTUS in US v. Miller (307 US 174), we have two men arrested for possession of an outlawed "sawed off" shotgun. This was made illegal by the passing of the Nation Firearms Act of 1934 which was a revenue code. Interestingly enough the double barrel Stevens 12 gauge shotgun was manufactured in violation of the NFA because it was too short, the men did not modify the weapon in any manner. SCOTUS determined that if a firearm has a reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia, in other words "ordinary military equipment" it was protected by the 2nd Amendment.

The federal government only has the right to limit the ownership or weapons that would not be considered "ordinary military equipment". Therefore, I present to you all the weapons that a citizen should enjoy fully in ownership and the ability to carry unconcealed. These are in fact current individual weapons carried by active duty infantry in our armed services and the federal government has no constitutional authority to limit your ownership.

The Media can kiss my Mass

I was browsing through de Tocqueville's Democracy in America and came across some of his ideas on newspapers and democracy.  This is my take on how his postulations would relate to the current state of the media today in America.  Liberals controlling the institutions of media is destroying this country from within.  It is this control that is leading to the rise of socialism and the death of liberty.

After World War II, politics in America had become more partisan and over the years this country has lost the ties that bind us together as a nation.  It is obvious that there exists a gap in ideology and direction that makes any cooperation amongst the great number of conservatives and liberals as along with the middle class, the moderators have dwindled.  It is this change that allowed the rise of state-direct media outlets and the mass persuasion that is the only tool which can manipulate a great number of the citizenry to voluntarily; yet begrudgingly unite efforts for a brief time to achieve specific interests.  This manipulation is continually done by the means of a unite liberal mass media which can produce the same talking points into the thoughts of an entire nation repeatedly.  These outlets do not need direct coordination of a party committee, campaign, or politician.  They are massive liberal leaning organizations who by their own accord report daily a common direction without distracting us from our daily affairs.
Most importantly they serve to shun individualism and make individualist feared.  For example,
the Sandy Hook shooting incident began a long and consistent attack on the 2nd Amendment feeding on the deaths of children by n obviously insane young man.  It is fully understood by many conservatives that guns don't kill people and owning and carrying firearms in fact makes society safer and lowers crime.  However, liberals have always contended that guns are dangerous and have no place in society.  Using the power of the media, they wait until horrible incidents occur and then they
coordinate their message and create temporary fear and hate for the 2nd Amendment using the obvious pain and sympathy we all feel for the victims.  It is just enough influence for them to be able to control the thoughts of the non-political masses and sway them to support limiting 2nd Amendment rights.

Understanding this power, they also have attacked very popular conservative talk radio with legislation meant to provide their unpopular views on equal footing with guaranteed time.  Such as a prosecutor would expect to have a closing argument along with the defense.  The combination of this quick to strike media and a Congress willing to quickly pass legislation that they have not had time to properly read, let alone debate, and you have a dangerous threat to freedom.  Prime examples in recent years have been the Patriot Act and the Brady Bill.

To verify the truth of these claims, one need only to listen to conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh.  Limbaugh will often play news clips where numerous television talk shows use the same key phrase over and over throughout the day and across different networks.  The synergy of their efforts are nothing less than evil and a threat to liberty.  News is no longer reported, it is completely and universally editorialized based on liberal and socialist ideologies.

Should politicians begin to waiver under protest from their constituency, the media will quickly adjust talking points to attempt to bring them together and maintain enough illusion of a united front to bring the politician into line.

Over the past century the conglomerates have formed as organizations like NBCUniversal, News Corp Walt Disney, Viacom, Time Warner,Scripps, Gannett, Hearst, Liberty, and NewsCorp have bought us multiple print and broadcast competitors.  In fact, 8 media conglomerates control most media in America.  ( http://www.motherjones.com/files/legacy/news/feature/2007/03/and_then_there_were_eight.pdf )
Back in 1983 the number of corporations was 50.  (Ben H. Bagdikian, The Media Monopoly, Sixth Edition, (Beacon Press, 2000), pp. xx—xxi)  As the number of outlets for thought and ideas has dwindled, so has the responsiveness of our representatives and more importantly our freedom.

R. Lee Ermey - It's time to rise up

Obamaphone - TheTruth, Not The Facts

Two weeks ago and then today I was out driving and saw a huge free phone give away complete with fancy wrapped vehicle with logos and a nice shaded umbrella to get out of the sun; along with a least 100 people the first time and about 20 today.  So I snapped a picture with my not so free Verizon phone with horrible camera, thinking I would share the absurdity with the conservative world.

This is up in Akron, Ohio mind you.  Big green and orange tent outside of a Dollar General in the North Hill area , i.e. not so rich part of town.  Not the hood, but just good folk that are lower income.
This is the famous Obamaphone giveaway, aka Federal Lifeline Program managed by the FCC.
The company, or leech depending on viewpoint, is Life Wireless , which according to their website is a "Lifeline supported wireless service provided by TELRITE CORPORATION".  In other words Telrite was able to start a new subsidiary/division solely based on expected government payments from the Lifeline program.  They must be doing very well for themselves.  I wonder what a FOIA would reveal as too how much revenue they bring in annually from the tax payers.

Sadly the FCC created this program and not Obama although I am sure he is providing no lubrication as he bends the tax payer over and really pushes this program hard...I crack myself up.  See that is a sex joke.  Back to the story.  I believe like many programs they start with some relatively good intention and then grow to be a complete clusterfucked black pit of doom where money goes to die and evil lurks.  Ha! I just described Congress.  I'll stop now and go back to my beer.

Oh..one more thing.  Why can't the phone just be an emergency single button call 911 phone?  No paying big money to wireless companies, etc.

For the real history of this program check out this link to the FCC

Illinois politicians continue to shine brightly in Washington D.C.

On June 28th before the House, Congressman Brad Schneider (D-IL10) proposed an amendment to the Offshore Energy and Jobs act  to prohibit the "issuance of oil and gas leases" for the Great Lakes region and " to use only materials made in the United States in drilling operations".  As was pointed out by his esteemed, and apparently more intelligent, colleague, Congressman Flores (R-TX17)  "This motion epitomizes what's wrong with Washington Democrats' energy and economic plan.   Let's start with the obvious: the Great Lakes are not part of the Outer Continental Shelf. The second thing is current law already provides for offshore drilling to be done, using America's goods and service wherever practical. So their empty argument doesn't make any sense at all."

It is not clear from the Congressional Record whether Congressman Schneider has a history as a  community organizer or whether the possibility that he was experiencing teleprompter issues at the time.

Independence Day Everyday

As we prepare to celebrate another Independence Day, in our once great Republic, we will be with family and friends reminiscing of good old days when men where not proud to be called metro-sexual and all were proud that their grandpa was part of the greatest generation.  America represents the greatest social experiment in the history of the world.  Greek philosophers could never had dreamt of the scope and influence a future republic would have on the world.  Sadly the founding fathers knew all too well our
experiment was fraught with danger and the possibility for mal-administration and corruption.  In reality we are the last of the republic and as our freedom has been legislated away; so goes with it the hopes of all mankind to takes true liberty and happiness.  Perhaps the greatest generation had enough of fighting after battling evil for so long overseas in places like Bastogne, Guadal Canal, and Korea.  We let our guard down for just a moment, and a moment was long enough, for the true socialists to slip into our bureaucracy.

They took over the unions and the democratic party.  In two short generations, they know sit at the front of class rooms assimilating our children to socialist ideas as we watch helpless because of the shield provided by their union.  In the republic, the quality of the citizen is of the utmost import to the retentions of freedom and liberty and we have let the infiltration of the teachers union destroy two generations of our children leading them away from the values of this nation's founding and our belief in the Lord of Lords.  The sit in our executive agencies and twist and turn against conservatives going so far in bold fashion to help steal an election in 2012 by using the power of the tax collector to prevent money from funding the opposition.

We can ill afford the election of representatives guided by extreme social doctrines.  We must embrace the initiative to discourage economic abuse of the majority by a minority rich with socialist ideologues.  We must regain the pride of individualism as the health of  the Republic is dependent on strong minds.  Only by correcting our course may we revive the spirituality of an America founded on strong ethics, the belief in manifest destiny, and the inspiration to dream because of a faith in God and the promised blessings of his divine providence.

We are a nation of strong individualists whose traitors, like this Republic, are blessed gifts from or forefathers.  Americans have a burning drive to be the best at all we attempt.  We do not accept defeat nor go quietly into the night.  We do not recognize that government implements programs better than the free market or can produce better than the individual.  We recognize that the government is our slave and beholden to all our wishes as it is only an entity that exists while we desire it to be so.  We shall never be disarmed and subjected to tyranny.  We will not leave unchecked any expression by any government , foreign or domestic, which seeks to threaten our freedom or liberty, either through a a slippery legislative approach or the frontal attack of a standing army of our own countrymen.  The government of the Republic is considered and will always be considered by the people to be an eminent threat to our freedom, this is how the Founding Fathers intended and through their gift of foresight we have maintained the healthy distrust they encouraged us to develop. To remain strong individuals whom adhere to the responsibilities of the system we inherited, we can assure the immortality of our Republic and prevent the slow systemic poisoning of freedom and liberty destined to put the people in changes as the septic spreads throughout the Republic.

We cannot continue to focus thinking on race, sexuality, or individuals beliefs when it comes to legislating law.  To do so will surely spell destruction.  Legislation of the whole of the Republic must represent what is readily accepted by the majority of the citizens and yet not be offensive to the individual and the protections offered by the Constitution.  It is not enough, for example, to believe life begins at conception while another
believe life begins at quickening.  It is clear that we do not possess divine knowledge and to legislate on that pretense alone is offensive.  When the risk of offending liberty exists, personal beliefs are trumped by the needs of liberty.   The Constitution in no way allows for any power to legislate what a person may do with their body.  Consensu facit legem in an of itself in terms of the Republic's laws is surely a way to proceed
in a timely death of society.Christians understand that our father in heaven is the final arbiter and should not find these ideas disturbing.

In the eyes of God all men are created equal.  This is a Christian tenet that has been twisted by the socialists to forward a false assumption that there exists equality where none exists.  While we should strive to bring about an equality of opportunity to the extent of doing right by our Creator, we cannot strive to provide an equality of wealth because we cannot provide an equality of success.  Social policy based solely on the expectation that redistribution of wealth is an honorable and needed policy of equality is counter to the success of the Republic.  We are equal to enjoy the same freedom, liberty, and ability to pursue our individual happiness.  None among us wish a child to go hungry or the needy to be homeless and we are willing within reason to allow a portion of our success to help the less fortunate and help them, but excessive and wasteful administration of programs should not be tolerated as bureaucracy always attempts to grow itself for the sake of self-perpetuation.

The truth is, we need to strive to elect people that strive to truly represent us and do not shun responsibility for the sake of a career of politics.  Our representatives should only speak for their constituents and not for themselves or special interests.
